We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States and select international destinations, where permitted by law.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard shipping time is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance (for international orders).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, Peak Lab Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistic disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address,

  • Order weight, and

  • Selected delivery method.

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions for qualifying orders, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
